POLICIES

BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE PERMANENT BEAUTY BOUTIQUE YYC, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE BELOW STATED STUDIO POLICIES. 

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY: 

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure a appointment at time of booking, either through the online booking system or via e-transfer. Deposits are credited towards the full service cost. Any appointment is not considered booked until a deposit is left. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, 72 hours notice is required for any cancellations/changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 72 hours notice or no-show their appt, will forfeit their deposit + a Cancellation Fee.

 

Deposits will not be refunded for cancelled appointments, or Government mandated closures due to COVID-19. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it is at the artists discretion whether or not the appointment can go forward. There may be multiple appointments afterward, and the time is limited. If the artist is unable to proceed with the scheduled appointment, a new deposit is required to rebook. 

NO SHOWS will be charged the full amount of their appointment, will not be given their deposit back, and will not be permitted to rebook.

PAYMENT/REFUNDS POLICY:

 

Cash, e-transfer, debit and credit card is accepted. 

 

Absolutely no refunds will be given as each procedure is taken out at a cost to the studio. Results are not guaranteed as many factors outside of the artist can affect the healing process and final result such as client aftercare, client skin type, client lifestyle, etc.

During the pandemic deposits still remain NON-REFUNDABLE and can not be refunded due to mandated government closures due to COVID-19, or rescheduling due to these closures. 

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

The artist holds absolutely no liability for any negligence on behalf of the client; incidents or accidents that arise due to a lapse in a reasonable duty of care. The artists holds absolutely no liability for potential injury, infection, reactions, buyer’s remorse, or accident on the premises.

CLIENT REFUSAL:​

The artist reserves the right to refuse any client that is deemed unfit or if the artist feels uncomfortable proceeding with cosmetic tattoo procedure.
